Wee Little Arts

The Wee Little Arts blog is led by founder Melissa Bradshaw and inspired by our Wee Little artists. Here we share our experiences and celebrate creativity in our world, our lives, our children and from the various Wee Little Arts classrooms around the country.

If this if your first time meeting us, welcome. Wee Little Arts is a visual arts program dedicated to engaging and empowering children by helping them discover the creative process. We believe every child has a unique and artistic vision that deserves to be nurtured. Our art teachers pride themselves on building the student’s confidence, self-esteem and sense of identity.

One of the most brilliant and humbling aspects of Wee Little Arts, in the classroom, is to watch children express how they feel, see and interpret the world around them through art. It is an extremely moving experience every day and we are thrilled to share it with you here.

Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once he grows up. — Pablo Picasso
