Step Two: Qualification and relationship building
We want to connect with like-minded entrepreneurs seeking to share Wee Little Arts with the world through the successful ownership and operation of franchise locations. It is in our best interest to forge strong long-term relationships with these partners who will be delivering our successful program.
Once we have received your application, we will continue to share regarding the Wee Little Arts business model and the elements that make it successful. You will find out all about the time and financial investments required and how closely your talent and experience match up with our model. After speaking with us a time or two and after review of your application by our team, we will notify you of your qualification status. You will conduct your own review to determine if the expectations and business model fit your goals and objectives. If both parties decide to move forward, we will provide you with the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and the Franchise Agreement for review.
Step Three: Review the FDD and the Franchise Agreement
Franchise and business opportunity sellers are required by the Federal Trade Commission to provide prospective franchise purchasers with a FDD that follows specific guidelines. The FDD was created to protect the brand and both parties involved in the sale of a franchise. Our FDD describes in detail the obligations of Wee Little Arts to you as a franchise partner and will give you a complete understanding of the contractually defined franchisor/franchisee relationship that is Wee Little Arts.
The Franchise Agreement is the standard contract signed by Wee Little Arts and our franchise partners. You will want to review this agreement and the FDD closely.
Step Four: Visit Wee Little Arts
This is your opportunity to visit Wee Little Arts headquarters in beautiful Charleston, South Carolina. You will see the program first hand and get an accurate sense of the classroom environment while spending time with Melissa and her team. You will also gain a greater sense of the logistics and benefits of running the business.
Step Five: Make the investment decision
This is when both parties execute the Franchise Agreement and your formal relationship with Wee Little Arts begins. We will schedule an individual training session, produce your customized marketing materials and get you set up for launch in your protected territory.
Step Six: Maintain the relationship
Wee Little Arts is committed to supporting and assisting its franchise partners through ongoing access to training materials and workshops, provision of custom marketing materials and marketing design services, as well as public relations consulting to help you make the greatest impact in your franchise territory.
