After 21 years teaching at The Tree House in Basking Ridge, Marie has found in Wee Little Arts the perfect 0pportunity to combine her Art History education and love of seeing Children develop and learn with a desire to Manage her own business.
Marie spent the years between college (at Hunter College in New York) and Tree House in the financial services industry, but never lost her love for art. At the Tree House she found many ways to use art in the teaching process but found that art could play a bigger role in a child’s success in elementary school.
Marie has implemented the Wee Little Arts program with great success. The unique curriculum enables her to use creative teaching methodologies to help children improve their fine motor skills, develop their problem solving abilities and learn the underlying concepts of art in ways that will help them see their world through different eyes.
